The Propaganda Project!
Well, we are now at 36 members. Its a pretty good number for a site this size. But lets think for a moment how everybody found out about this site. -------------------------------------------------------------- Nearly every member has joined because they found out about this place through YouTube. At least 30 people on this site have YouTube accounts. And how many Pokemon fans are there on YouTube? So, this is my challenge to you. Search for Pokemon videos on YouTube, or even just anime videos in general. By videos, I mean anime episodes, and clips of the GamBoy Games. Send messages to the posters of the videos, and people who comment. Send friend invites to people who post Pokemon videos, and then post bulletins telling them about this forum (http://pokeboards.16.forumer.com) - bulletins spread to all your friends, and then all of their subscribers see the bulletins too. Make sure you tell people its not just for the anime, but for the games too. It doesn't have to be just asking people from YouTube. If you have any friends who still like Pokemon, tell them about the site too! If everyone on here does that, we can grow faster then ever, and have 100+ members by the end of October! Our record is 17 members in two days. We can beat that easily if we all take part in this, the Propaganda Project!

good idea really i have sent bout 25 people emails to ask them to join

I have to do that again. lol, I think that alot of people already recieved something like that so if you send it on youtube then you should also say sorry if they recieve the mail multiple times, just in case.

Its a good idea, but be careful how you do it. Depending on the strictness of the admin, they may not allow it and delete the post/topic, or ban you from posting. The safest way to do it is put the link in your signature and profile, and PM members to join.

Yeah, some sites are really cautious about things like that. The trick is advertising secretely :wink:

well the way some major websites get money is by amount of hits and if they lose hits they lose money

Has any else noticed that we haven't been getting any new members lately? It's worrying. Even though you guys make up for it. But it would be nice to have 50+ members :)
