Poke World Newsletter #2
Well, here it is, much later than I expected, but I’ve been really busy with school work. Anyways, this is the second Poke World newsletter (man, I really expected it to be a lot earlier than this, this should be number 7 or something). As you can see, the forum has been remodelled VERY heavily. We’ve added a front page, chosen a background (fondly called Umbrecolour), and had two banners. All of the Anime Characters may be compressed into a single board under Anime, since it doesn’t seem to get much traffic. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I’d like to congratulate Yuko and bryantjj who have become joint administrators with myself, and CelebiMew who is our new moderator. Also, thanks to CelebiMew for designing the banner! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- There has been a lot of trouble on YouTube recently with three people trying to get all of the Pokemon videos deleted. These people are CampbellzSoup, Jefreak94, and Mommy667. Lets do our best to stop them, shall we? They ended up deleting four accounts by one person who only wanted to share the series with everyone. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are now at 42 members, and over 4500 posts - that is absolutely awesome! We are obviously becoming more popular, but continue to spread the word - the more the merrier after all! How to advertise? Put links in your profiles and signatures on other websites and forums. You can also PM people on sites such as YouTube and Bulbagarden Forums, so that’s always worth a shot! We are registered on search engines such as Yahoo, so hopefully we can get some more people from there too. On a similar note, for a few weeks it appeared that only 10 people or so were actually posting regularily. But there have been at least four people who have suddenly started posting again, so kudos to you for coming back! The new number of posts needed to achieve them can be found in Site FAQs and Help.
