Do Pokemon really get uglier with every generation?
I'm sure many of you have noticed this. The all-known question: Do Pokemon get uglier with each generation? Do they? I think it's true. The first generation was the best. It was original, surprising and good looking. The second generation was very acceptable, though a few Pokemon got a little simple and slightly ugly. This was continued by the third generation. A LOT of Pokemon looked stupid and ugly. However, there were still quite the amount of Pokemon that looked acceptable, even cool. However, the fourth generation has done it. They messed it up in my opinion. Every, every Pokemon of the first generation (except legendaries, though it'll only be a matter of time) have become 3 stage. The cute Snorlax, the sticky Lickitung, the serene Lapras. For goodness sake, even Magnemite and Electabuzz, Jinx and Magmar are 3 stage. It is doomed... Do you agree? Or are you totally against my opinion? Tell me wrong or right!

Some of them do but some get cuter, all of these evolutions are really ugly and some pokemon are really robotic but some are just cuddly!

I couldn't agree more with Bryantjj and while some are very cute I would like to see more pokemons like Tyranitar, Charizard, Mewtwo, Nidoking etc.

I agree with you when it comes to Probopass and Magmortar. But I've really liked the designs of a lot of the newer Pokemon. Sceptile, Electivire, Dusknoir, and Glalie are all really cool (what is Glalie even based on?) But there are too many monkeys now.

Yeah, I was thinking that too XD Most people thought it was the pre-evo of Lapras, but it isn't.
