I haven't actually seen the anime, but I've heard a great many things about it. I think it's worth checking out. But that is still far in the future. Perhaps you could tell us some more about it, Matkin?
Persocoms are absolutely amazing technological units. They are computers, built to perfectly resemble humans. They can use the internet and email, store information, play games, even act as phones and answering machines.
Hideki is a young student trying to get into college. What he wants more than anything else is a persocom of his own. To his great surprise he finds one laying in the street, apparently abandoned and deactivated. He takes the persocom home and manages to activate her, but he notices that strange things often seem to happen around her...
Hmmmm, sounds very interesting! I'll add it to my never-ending list of must watch anime's!
